�Miami Killian High School is no stranger to talent.� Former major leaguers Alex Gonzalez�and�Andy�Barkett�are�alumni. In each of the past five seasons, Killian produced at least one All County player. The talent on the roster this year is no exception.

This year will be a real test for the Panthers, we only have 4 seniors and could start at times 4-5 freshmen or sophomores in any given game. Senior Chris Wilkes will lead the pitching and could get a few looks from the scouts. He has committed to play football at Ole Miss (QB). In the last 3 years Dr. Phillips has gone on the regional play while getting hot at the end of the season. The coaches believe that as long as we move in a positive direction we could be in the thick of things come the end of the season.

Welcome to Jaguar Baseball. The 2007 Jaguars finished second in the District 15 (4A) and made it to the Regional Quarter finals. The Jaguars have set two goals for the upcoming season,. First to win Districts and secondly to become State Champions. This team understands and has accepted the hard work and sacrifice that goes along with these aspirations.

Seniors Steven Groves and Doug Caldwell anchor a staff that also includes Sophomore Wes Mugarian and Juniors Alex Bast and David Thompson. Groves recorded a .72 ERA with 19 K and only 3 BB before having to shift to first base due to an arm injury that is now fully healed.

Indians look to talented pitching staff, while bats gain experience

The Vero Beach Fighting Indians went 18-10 in 2007 and were runners-up in District 6 6-A. Four of Vero Beach's 10 losses came to then # 1 ranked Melbourne High School who captured the district crown. Despite losing the top 5 hitters in the lineup.

2008 Bulldogs

The 2008 baseball season looks to be another successful year for the FPC Bulldogs. The Bulldogs lost four seniors from the 2007 team. David Robinson was selected first team all state as an outfielder, and was also selected to play for the north squad in the 2007 FACA high school all star game.

Largo Looking To Bounce Back

After a 7-17 season last year Largo is looking to improve dramatically this season. With 8 returning seniors this will be the most experienced team in recent years. Former professional pitcher and head coach, Rob Stanifer is optimistic. "We are looking to lean on our senior leadership to make a statement this year."
